WEEK 4-6

You have now finished cycles 1-3. Congrats!

Next we will add a little bit of intensity and volume. Easiest way to do this is to choose intermediate level instead of easy level.

If you already used intermediate level movements, you can now test advance level but only if you are ready for it.

But wait, there is another way also!

Another way to increase the intensity is to increase so called Time Under Tension (TUT), which basically means that you do the same amount of repetitions (for example 10 reps), but you slow down the tempo. Especially the eccentric part of the movement, which means the lowering part. For example when you squat down, that is called eccentric phase and when you squat up, that is concentric phase. You want to slow down the eccentric part and for now you can keep the concentric part normal speed.

If this finds you too complicated, do not worry. You will get it! 🙂 If you need help just send us a message.

Have a great another three cycles!
